We maximize participation by engaging the attendees in a series of real life
situations that will aid them in applying the skills they learn back on the
job. Much of this interchange takes place in role-plays, team
exercises, individual planning and group interaction. Through the use of a
wide range of assessment tools participants gain a better understanding of
who they are and how they can best function within their current position.
