 TrainersDirect recognizes the need for a hands-on approach to training adults. Participants 
 are engaged in a series of real life situations that will aid them in applying the skills learned to 
 their current work environment. Much of this interchange takes place in role-plays, team 
 exercises, individual planning and group interaction. Because our trainers are experts in 
 Adult Learning Theory, sensory, perceptual, organizational, and temperament styles, participants 
 acquire valuable tools for immediate application.

 We incorporate a wide range of self-assessments into our management courses. While 
 administered on an individual basis, experiencing the styles and preferences of others in the 
 group can significantly leverage learning.
 Types and length of assessments vary and are 
 dependent upon subject matter.   

 TrainersDirect is committed to maintaining high quality standards when it comes to course 
 content. Workshops focusing on soft skills are in a constant state of evaluation. These courses 
 are benchmarked against best practices espoused by leading edge organizations. P

Robert Blake

Bob has more than 20 years of experience in the private, public and military sectors with notable successes in management and organizational development. He successfully combines his understanding of people and process into long-term “win-win” relationships with the staff, trainers, and clients of TrainersDirect.  

He is a former member of the United States Air Force where he was consistently recognized for his ability to motivate and lead tactical security teams, communicate understanding, negotiate successfully in highly stressful situations, and coordinate diverse activities to a common mission.

In addition to his leadership role at TrainersDirect, Bob is a member of Rotary International, and serves on a steering committee tasked with developing, implementing, and overseeing a leadership development program for a five county region in northern New York.

 

 

 

Jeff Le Febvre
On-Site Training Advisor  

With more than 15 years experience in the training and development field, Jeff has a reputation as a responsive, results-oriented professional.

Most recently Jeff held the position of On-Site Training Advisor, Government Services, for the American Management Association. In this position, Jeff was responsible for managing the accounts, and the coordination of on-site training seminars for numerous Government organizations.
