Roy
Brewer is the founder and President of Capstone
Development International. He has developed the staff's ability to
assist clients in meeting competitive needs for a changing global
environment.
In addition to certification as a Project
Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP), he has
over twenty-eight years of practical performance.
His extensive
knowledge in technical areas resulted in selection as Project
Manager or Program Manager in several technical and engineering
projects. Some examples of the nature of these projects include
aircraft structural repair, information systems network
development, scheduling systems design, radar integration and
electronic system development.
