Investment Levels
TrainersDirect offers
several affordable ways for you to receive the training you need. For more information

contact you.
Terms
A minimum
of fifty-percent
(50%) of the program fee is to be paid upon your acceptance of our
standard training agreement, the remaining 50% is due upon
completion of the program. Travel & living expenses for the
seminar leader, including meals and lodging are not included in the
program and will be billed at cost.
Payment
for training can be made by company check, or by using your corporate
Visa or MasterCard. Payments made by credit card are subject to a
service charge.
Materials
TrainersDirect will supply course notebooks and associated handouts
for up to 20 participants. Your organization is responsible for the
meeting location, flip charts, and any hardware or software
requirements.
Cancellation/Postponement
Policy
If, due to
circumstances beyond the control of TrainersDirect, TrainersDirect must cancel the Program for the date agreed to, or the
facilitator scheduled to conduct the Program is unable to do so, you may
reschedule the Program on a date mutually agreeable to TrainersDirect and yourself, or receive a refund of the Program Fee and any
other fees paid to TrainersDirect by you in conjunction with the
training. If you must cancel or postpone a program, you must do so no
less than 30 business days prior to the agreed upon training date. If
cancellation or postponement occurs less than 30 business days prior to
the agreed upon date, a 25% non-refundable fee will be due, If
cancellation or postponement occurs less than 14 business days prior to
the agreed upon date, a 50% non-refundable fee will be due. In no case,
however, shall TrainersDirect be liable for damages of any nature
arising as a result of such cancellation, including but not limited to
restitution, consequential or incidental damages, terrorism, and acts of
God.
All
training done outside of the continental United States is subject to an
additional fee for travel.
