Objectives 

They are to enable participants to clarify the gray areas of sexual harassment that are often confusing and puzzling to employees. This will be achieved through the viewing of dramatized examples of workplace interactions and discussing why or why not those situations demonstrated sexual harassment

What you will cover:

  • Learning how to identify the subtle forms of sexual harassment in the workplace.

  • Discussing third party sexual harassment.

  • Discussing the legitimacy of sexual harassment complaints.

  • Defining “Quid Pro Quo” and Hostile Environment.

  • Examining the court’s viewpoint of perception versus intention.

  • Reviewing ways to avoid creating a hostile environment.
