Everyone has come across what they perceive as a "difficult person" at some point in their lives.  Very few people are simply born with the ability to effectively manage these relationships.  Learning how to your modify your responses to these individuals will enable you to become an effective and respected leader.  In this half-day course, you will gain the skills required to recognize the dynamics at play when dealing with difficult people. 

Objectives:

Upon completion, each participant will be able to understand & apply:

  • The meaning of a difficult person

  • How personality differences can cause us to view people as difficult

  • Intrapersonal dynamics and their effects

  • Their role in dealing with difficult people

  • "Principles of Diffusion"
