In
this 2-day program, participants will review their individual supply
chains and identify the costs, lead-times, and risks associated with
them. Demand management, managing suppliers, the transformation and
distribution processes and costs, cycle time reduction and quality costs
will also be assessed. Purchasing, materials, and logistics management
will be examined. Techniques for acquiring, storing, processing and
moving material inventory will be covered. Action plans will be
developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of each supply
chain.
