Investment Information
Customization Fees: We do not charge a fee for tailoring the seminar to your needs. An example of tailoring would be integrating an actual project that you are working on into your Project Management seminar. If we have to significantly re-write an existing course, or create a new course, to meet your specific needs their is an additional minimum fee of $1,500.
Materials Course notebooks for each participant, no more than 20 per class, are included in the cost of your training. (Presentation seminars are limited to no more than 12 participants.) For training requiring the use of assessment instruments or other 3rd party publications, such as DiSC or Myers-Briggs, there will be an additional fee to cover the cost of the instruments. You are also responsible for those administrative costs associated with the training facility and the audio/visual requirements for the presentation, to include; flip charts, markers, pens, pencils, etc. TrainersDirect will provide you with a list of audio visual and room setup requirements prior to the engagement. NOTE: For International training we will provide you with a master copy of the course materials in a .pdf format and you will be responsible for reproduction and binding.
Terms A minimum of fifty-percent (50%) of the program fee is to be paid upon your acceptance of our standard training agreement, the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the program. Travel & living expenses for the seminar leader, including meals and lodging are not included in the program and will be billed at cost. Payment for training can be made by company check, or by using your corporate Visa or MasterCard. Payments made by credit card are subject to a service charge of 4% of the seminar fee. For training conducted Internationally full payment is required a minimum of 30 days prior to the training program. Cancellation
Policy If, due to circumstances beyond the control of Trainers Directory, Trainers Directory must cancel the class for the date herein above stated or the facilitator scheduled to conduct the class is unable to do so, you may reschedule the program on a date mutually agreeable to Trainers Directory and yourself, or receive a refund of the class fee and any other fees paid to Trainers Directory by you in conjunction with this letter agreement. If you must cancel you must do so no less than 30 business days prior to the above agreed upon date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 business days prior to the agreed upon date, a 50% non-refundable fee will be due, If cancellation occurs less than 7 business days prior to the agreed upon date, the entire class fee will be forfeited. If the class is rescheduled to a future date the client will be responsible for reimbursement of fees associated with airline, hotel, and all other travel associated fees caused by the reschedule. In no case shall Trainers Directory be liable for damages of any nature arising as a result of such cancellation, including but not limited to restitution, consequential or incidental damages, terrorism, and acts of God. International Training All training done outside of the continental United States and Canada is subject to an additional fee for travel. REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES: At direct cost, as applicable, unless a flat fee rate is negotiated.

vehicle (mid-size) Highway mileage for personal vehicle @ 48.5¢ per mile or current IRS-allowable rate Other miscellaneous expenses (telephone, facsimile, postage, express mail, etc.) ON-SITE PRE-TRAINING ANALYSIS (US & Canada Only): This fee is $1,500.00 per day at location to design, tailor, or discuss participant needs and objectives. In addition, reimbursable expenses apply for any applicable travel expenses incurred. For standard training programs with minor modifications to either content or delivery the PTA can be conducted via telephone and or email correspondence. There is no additional fee for a telephone and or email PTA. CUSTOMIZATION FEES: (If Needed) This fee is $1,500.00 per day to customize course design and course materials to the organization, based on the PTA needs assessment.
