  • Using employee differences to achieve goals and objectives through self assessments 
    that can include the Personal Profile System (DISC), the Discovering Diversity Profile  
    and the Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument.

  • Applying workplace diversity concepts and techniques to the workplace.

  • Action Planning for on-the-job applications.
