Registration Q: How do I register? A: You can register in one of three ways: by phone at 1-800-250-1570, by email customerservice@trainersdirect.com, or by mail to: TrainersDirect Q: If the seminar I select is full,
can I be placed on a waiting list? A: Yes. If
you decide to be placed on the waiting list for a seminar, you will be
contacted when a seat becomes available. At that time, you will have to
accept or decline the seat. Full payment must be made before the start
of the seminar and payment by credit card may be required. DO NOT make
any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation by mail or email
from TrainersDirect. For further information, please contact Customer
Service at CustomerService@trainersdirect.com. Q: How do I pay for my seminar? A: Payment can be made using a credit card or company check. If you are registering by email please do not include your credit card information. When we receive your registration we will call you to verify your information. Please know, that your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment. Once we receive your payment you will receive a confirmation notice containing seminar details (hotel, accommodations, etc.). Bring the letter to the seminar for admittance. Walk-In registrations will NOT be accepted. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Q: Do you offer a discount for
multiple attendees from the same company/organization? A: Yes, If you register at lest three people from the same organization we will deduct 10% from your registration fee. Please note, we will not allow more than three attendees from the same company/organization to attend the same seminar. Cancellation,
Transfer & Refund Policy Q: What if I register for a seminar, but can't attend? A:
You may transfer to a future session, send someone in your place, or
cancel your registration up to four weeks prior to the seminar you are
registered for. If you cancel with less than four weeks notice, or do
not show up for the seminar, you will be liable for the full
registration fee. Seminar
Hours and Dress Q: What are the seminar hours? A: Seminars begin at 9:00 am and end at 5:00 pm each day. It is not uncommon for the last seminar day to end a bit earlier. Q: What should I wear? A: Business casual dress is appropriate
for our seminars. Meals Q: Do you provide meals for attendees? A: TrainersDirect does not offer meals
for seminar attendees. We do ensure that there are restaurants within
walking distance of all training sites. The typical lunch break is one
hour. Faculty Information Professional and
qualified practitioners facilitate all training - or consulting services
- contracted through TrainersDirect.
You can expect that our leaders will exceed the expectations of
your organization and your participants.
Our
leaders are selected on the basis of the following: Background,
Experience & Content Expertise: All trainers and
consultants associated with TrainersDirect are required to have at least
ten years experience in their field of expertise, and be current on
newest trends and best practices. Delivery:
TrainersDirect
facilitators must demonstrate platform and group facilitation skills and
be proficient in adult learning techniques. Professionalism: TrainersDirect
facilitators are held to the highest degree of integrity, reliability
and ethics. When
possible, our selection process will also include either a live or video
demonstration of the trainer's presentation skills, as well as samples
of classroom materials. Leaders
are also evaluated by course attendees and audited and critiqued by
TrainersDirect staff or member practitioner on a regular basis. Public Training PoliciesTrainersDirect reserves the right to make changes in our seminar schedules, dates, and locations. We will make every effort to notify you within a reasonable period of time of changes affecting your registration. However, TrainersDirect is not responsible for personal travel, accommodations, or other incidental expenses in connections with changes to a seminar. |
