The following investment
levels are our standard rates for our 1, 2, and 3 day seminars. While
most seminars will fall into this pricing structure, some seminars such
as Finance and Accounting, Joint Application Development, and
Purchasing Programs may be priced higher.

Prices are based on a group
of no more than 20 participants. There is an additional fee of $150 per
person over 20. The maximum number of participants in a single seminar
is 25. Some seminars are limited to 15 participants.
Terms
A minimum
of fifty-percent
(50%) of the program fee is to be paid upon your acceptance of our
standard training agreement, the remaining 50% is due upon
completion of the program. Travel & living expenses for the
seminar leader, including meals and lodging are not included in the
program and will be billed at cost.
Payment
for training can be made by company check, or by using your corporate
Visa or MasterCard. Payments made by credit card are subject to a
service charge of 4% of the seminar fee.
Materials
TrainersDirect will supply course notebooks and associated handouts
for up to 20 participants. Your organization is responsible for the
meeting location, flip charts, and any hardware or software
requirements. If you agree to print materials from a master copy which
we will supply, we will discount your training $300.
Cancellation/Postponement
Policy
If, due to
circumstances beyond the control of Trainers Directory, Trainers
Directory must cancel the class for the date herein above stated or the
facilitator scheduled to conduct the class is unable to do so, you may
reschedule the program on a date mutually agreeable to Trainers
Directory and yourself, or receive a refund of the class fee and any
other fees paid to Trainers Directory by you in conjunction with this
letter agreement. If you must cancel or postpone this class, you must do
so no less than 30 business days prior to the above agreed upon date. If
cancellation or postponement occurs less than 30 business days prior to
the agreed upon date, a 50% non-refundable fee will be due, If
cancellation or postponement occurs less than 7 business days prior to
the agreed upon date, the entire class fee will be forfeited. If the
class is rescheduled to a future date the client will be responsible for
reimbursement of fees associated with airline, hotel, and all other
travel associated fees caused by the reschedule. If the class is
rescheduled and subsequently cancelled in an attempt to avoid a penalty,
the entire fee will be forfeited. In no case, however, shall Trainers
Directory be liable for damages of any nature arising as a result of
such cancellation, including but not limited to restitution,
consequential or incidental damages, terrorism, and acts of God.
Rescheduling
Policy If, due to

International Training
All
training done outside of the continental United States is subject to an
additional fee for travel.
