Roy Brewer, PMP

 


 

Roy Brewer is the founder and President of Capstone Development International. He has developed the staff's ability to assist clients in meeting competitive needs for a changing global environment.

In addition to certification as a Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP), he has over twenty-eight years of practical performance.

His extensive knowledge in technical areas resulted in selection as Project Manager or Program Manager in several technical and engineering projects. Some examples of the nature of these projects include aircraft structural repair, information systems network development, scheduling systems design, radar integration and electronic system development.

 

 

 


 

 

Ruth Nelson

Ruth Nelson, founder and president of the Executive Resource Center, Inc., has worked with organizations all over the United States. She has designed training programs that are not only inspirational, but bring immediate results. Expertise, energy and passion for her work are words used to describe her. 

With expertise in leadership and management, she has worked in both the public and private sectors conducting in-depth needs analyses and designing and implementing management systems and training programs for management and staff.  In addition, she has given executive coaching one-on-one to company presidents and chief executive officers working with senior management, as well as to middle and first-line managers. Dr. Karen Lawson

Denise Brown, PMP

Denise Brown, PMP, Founder and President of ATI, Inc. excels in using her extensive corporate experience in culturally diverse management environments around the world to provide clients with a strong practical approach for defining and delivering results-oriented seminars. ATI, Inc. was founded in 1997 as a privately held corporation headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia.

As a member of the Project Management Institute, (PMI), Denise utilizes her experience of managing projects with budgets in the multimillion dollar range to successfully plan projects of varying complexity in order to meet clients’ needs. As a native of Dallas, Texas, Denise has acquired 15 years’ practical experience utilizing her communication, organizational and leadership qualities garnered from full-time employers such as Lockheed Martin IMS, Cambridge Business Solutions, Ogden Environmental, Frito-Lay World Headquarters and Jones Lang Wootton, U.S.A.

 

 

John Monaghan

John Monaghan provides financial training to corporate executives. His focus is on building a strong foundation in accounting and finance, helping to improve budget preparation skills and facilitating a better understanding of company performance through financial analysis. He conducts financial training seminars for professional organizations and teaches managerial finance at Manhattanville College School of Graduate & Professional Studies.

John has spent over 20 years in financial management positions with Fortune 500 companies within the healthcare, Internet and advertising and publishing industries. He served for 15 years at the director level with Pfizer, Inc. where he was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and the preparation of business proposals. 

 

Don Smith

Don Smith, President, founded the American Consulting Group, Inc in 1989.  He has over 30 years of experience in executive and line management positions in marketing-sales management, business planning, marketing research, new products and the management of reps & distributors. 

Don's specialties are working with firms to:

  • Define, evaluate and implement new product/business opportunities.

  • Define & implement programs to increase share, sales and profits of the base business.

  • Develop business and marketing strategies and plans.

Heather Anderson

Heather Anderson is Co-Founder of Leading Challenges, a leadership development company based in Stowe, VT. Heather's expertise is in systemic organizational development programs that focus primarily on building leadership skills and team skills throughout an organization. She has developed a comprehensive emotional intelligence (EQ) development program that includes EQ assessment, coaching, training and customized skill development.

Heather attended the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) where she earned a degree in economics. After graduating from UCSB, Heather attended the University of Colorado where she earned an MBA in Organizational Development.

 

Rebecca Staton-Reinstein, Ph.D., CQA

Dr. Staton-Reinstein has been implementing the philosophy of Dr. W. Edwards Deming since 1982.  In 1991, she began consulting to manufacturing and service companies, public, and nonprofit organizations on applying the Deming approach.  Dr. Staton-Reinstein established her own management consulting firm in 1995 and concentrates on using the quality approach on every aspect of solving today’s business problems.  She works with management on strategic planning, understanding customer expectations, implementing continuous improvement, establishing leadership and improvement teams, and transforming managerial and organizational behavior and results.  She has proven her ability to help organizations navigate organizational change to achieve business results.

Her international work includes work with the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the St. Petersburg Institute of Informatics and Automation, the Lviv Institute of Management (Ukraine), and businesses in Russia, Canada, and Mexico.
