Dr.
Deborah Tegano is a managing partner with Executive Management
Consulting, Inc. A consulting group, specializing in the areas of
individual and
organizational development.
As
an educational psychologist, Dr. Tegano has more that 20 years
experience in creativity and problem solving. She has worked with
individuals to develop their communication, problem solving, and
leadership skills. She works with individuals, teams/groups, and
organizations to increase motivation and promote effective working
relationships. She has conducted numerous workshops, retreats, and
professional presentations and has been a featured speaker at national
conferences. She blends perspectives from Humanistic, Transpersonal and
Jungian psychology. She uses her research in the area of creativity to
create productive work environments. Her consulting work focuses in the

Dr.
Tegano has published in numerous professional journals, written several
book chapters, and is the author of a book on creativity. She received
her doctorate in human development from Virginia Tech. She is currently
an associate professor at The University of Tennessee.
