Darlene Carver 

For 30 years, Darlene has presented seminars and workshops to participants in academia, industry and government on management and personal development skills.  Her specialties are interpersonal communication, teamwork, time and stress management, leadership and supervisory training and work organization skills. Some of her satisfied clients include Arthur D. Little, the University of Maryland, the Naval Academy, Carl M. Freeman Companies, Polaroid, the Social Security Administration and Sony Corporation. 

Using current research and her varied experience, she develops most of her own curriculum.  She developed a three-day workshop for the American Management Association.  Darlene is a well-known course leader and an adjunct faculty member of Frederick Community College and Montgomery College.  She is also an entrepreneur who successfully created, managed and sold an accredited proprietary business school (AccuTech Business Institute, formerly Abbie Business Institute).

She has a BS degree in Business Education from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Frostburg State University (Maryland).
